IMpervious almost done

I have tried updating my blog several times and had no luck so here is my umpteenth attempt.

So in July I, along with DJ Peg, released "Graffiti Post Mix Tape Vol I" and it did quite well. It was free for crying out loud so of course people were gonna check it out. If you STILL have not copped this dope mixtape you can go to www.mysteriummediagroup.com or www.thanorthwest.com . So since then I have been working on my group J.P.S.'s full length album "Triangulate". We are about 7 songs in BUT there are a lot of rough spots to work out.

Another project that I have been working hard at finishing is my upcoming solo album "IMpervious". This is an album in which I have put A LOT into. Don't get me wrong, "Prawdukt" was a great album. But Prawdukt was more of a concept album, talking about my life, where I came from and where I am going to. "IMpervious" is more of an artists album. I got very creative and allowed that side of me to flourish. I wanted to create a work of art with this album. I didn't just want to put together another 'rap' album. But I wanted HIP HOP culture to shine on this album. I was privileged and blessed to work with alot of people in this local industry that I have been a colleague of as well as a fan.

So in February I will be trekking out to SmokeM2D6's studio in Olympia Washington to Record the final songs and to put on finishing touches etc. Then its off to Momentum Studios in Portland Oregon for the one and only Zebulon Dak to Mix and Master.

For the artwork I wanted something of a "darker" feel to it. I hired a graphic novel artist named Nic Vik to illustrate the cover art of the album. I got a preliminary sketch and man, dude is good. Its gonna be monster.
